Private Sessions

Available online or in person

In these one-on-one sessions, I integrate tools from Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness to help you connect with your body’s natural responses. You’ll learn to tune into sensations, release stored tension, and work through trauma in a gentle, client-centered space. These sessions provide a path toward healing by understanding and resolving physical and emotional blockages, promoting long-term well-being and inner peace.

Individual Sound Healing Sessions

In person only

Through the use of carefully selected instruments and resonant frequencies, these sessions create a soothing atmosphere that supports relaxation and healing. The therapeutic sounds work to realign your body’s energy and help you achieve a sense of rejuvenation and calm.

Group Sound Baths

In person only

In a group setting, participants immerse themselves in the healing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. As the resonant frequencies wash over you, the experience promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and fosters a collective sense of harmony and connection.

Embodiment

It goes beyond the traditional focus on postures and alignment to include a deeper exploration of the felt experience within the body. In Embodied yoga practices, there is an increased attention to sensations, breath, and the present moment. This approach encourages practitioners to cultivate a mindful awareness of the body’s sensations, emotions, and movements, fostering a more holistic and integrated experience of yoga that extends beyond the physical postures. The goal is to enhance self-awareness, promote a sense of presence, and support overall well-being by integrating the mind, body, and spirit.
